Thanks to Katy for this amazing recipe. It’s so amazingly simple! Katy always makes this with your basic pie crust, but I switched it up this time and put it in a store-bought oreo crust. Delicious!
Filling:
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 container cool whip
Blend the two ingredients, fill your pie crust (any crust you want) and freeze for at least a couple hours. I may have rounded up the ingredients to get a little extra thickness. I also topped mine with a layer of cool whip, and drizzles of chocolate and caramel sauce. Pretty much anything you do will be delicious, and everyone will think it’s ice cream. I used “lite” and “reduced fat” ingredients in this one and it was still delicious. Enjoy!
