I got this recipe over at eggtotheapples, and let me tell you, it was amazing…

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt, divided

I am attempting to cut calories by making lighter but delicious dinners.  This was SO EASY and scrumptious–Just top a little tortilla with a bit of EVOO, chopped onions, mushrooms, and gorgonzola cheese (ok, maybe not the healthiest option).  Bake for about 12 minutes on 350, and voila!  A tasty dinner for two…
