Years ago, I snagged this recipe from a coworker. Not only is it super simple, but it is so flavorful and great for a party – especially in the summer time! So go ahead and toss all these ingredients together and enjoy with your favorite chips and crackers (or just with a fork, because it is definitely good enough for that).

1 16oz can black bean, drained and rinsed
1 16oz can corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup cilantro – chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/3 cup lime juice
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS cumin
