Okay, stole this one STRAIGHT from Paula Dean. I mean, the woman knows what she’s doing after all. Go check out her recipe! It’s fairly simple – first, you marinade about a pound of shrimp in soy sauce, lime, oil, ginger, and garlic. Then, you cook up some green onions, red pepper, and water chestnuts. Combine them, and voila! Delicious. I think next time I would toss a little hot sauce in for a little extra bite, and maybe some extra lime.
